Please read Shipping Information carefully. By purchasing from Toys With Purpose, you are agreeing to our policies.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Your order will ship out within 4-6 business days. Although most delivery times are much less, please allow up to two weeks for delivery. Orders ship Monday thru Friday via UPS, USPS or Federal Express. We must have a valid physical shipping address. IMPORTANT NOTE: If the address customer provides is incorrect or insufficient and the item is returned to us, another shipping fee will be charged to the customer.
We are authorized distributors for several manufacturers. If ordering multiple items on the same order, your shipment may originate from different locations and you will possibly receive more than one shipment. If you need tracking numbers for your order, please email customerservice@toyswithpurpose.com.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship Internationally. You can choose one of these two options:
1- E-mail us at sales@toyswithpurpose.com for the shipping charges pryor to your purchase as they will not be calculated automatically by the system (except for USA and Canada) and with any questions you might have.
2- Place your order online and we will e-mail you the best possible shipping price by sending you a Paypal invoice for the shipping charges. If you choose this option you understand that you will only pay for the actual puzzles at the time you place the order and you will later receive an additional Paypal invoice from us to cover the shipping costs of your puzzles.
BACKORDERS: If your item is not in stock and it is the only item ordered, you will be notified and given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If the item is not in stock but it is part of a large order, we will ship the order and you will have the option to wait for the backordered item or e-mail us to cancel it for a refund of the item.
FREE GIFT: The free gift is a random gift chosen by us depending on the purchase size, puzzles ordered and puzzles availability at purchase time.
TAX CHARGES: As a legal business, we are required to collect 8.25% sales tax for any orders shipped to the state of California. This will be automatically calculated at checkout. No other taxes apply.
RETURNS ON NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: We will only accept returns on non-defective merchandise for 30 days from sale date. Item must be unopened, and originally packaged. You must notify sales@toyswithpurpose.com for further instructions. *NOTE* Shipping charges are non-refundable, and item will be returned at customer's cost. Immediately upon receipt of returned item(s), customer will be refunded via method of original payment.
RESTOCKING CHARGE: A 20% restocking charge will apply if product is returned due to customer error. Product returned as defective will be inspected; if it is not defective the same charge will apply, unless shipped in error by Toys With Purpose.
OUR GUARANTEE: We guarantee your satisfaction! All of our products come with a 30-day money back guarantee. If an item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, we will replace it or refund your money, upon receipt of original merchandise. All original merchandise being returned must be returned in the original packaging with any pertinent printed materials. You must notify sales@toyswithpurpose.com immediately upon receipt of damaged merchandise for further instructions. Failure to follow this procedure may void our obligation to honor this guarantee. It will be solely determined on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
